Jennifer Bembry, RN
Founder and Director of Nursing
Jennifer Bembry is a healthcare executive, and the founder of Kinkaid Private Care, a private health management company specializing in assisting patients in their homes with complex medical diagnoses. Jennifer is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience working in some of the most highly regarded hospitals in Los Angeles and Orange County.
For many years she specialized in the care of the critically ill patient while working at Tulane, UCLA, and St. Luke’s Roosevelt (NYC) in their Organ Transplant and Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Units. She later moved on to specialize in PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit). Jennifer recovered patients from surgeries at St. John’s Hospital in the PACU where sometimes over one hundred surgeries were performed daily. Her final stop before starting Kinkaid Private Care was working for one of the most highly regarded hematology and oncology practices in Los Angeles, Tower Hematology and Oncology. At Tower Hematology and Oncology, she developed a true love of taking care of oncology patients.
Over the years Jennifer has developed an extraordinary network of highly qualified nurses with various specialties. This network allows her to match specialized nursing care to the specific needs of her clients.
She’s combined her knowledge of medicine, and team of nurses to provide the best medical experience.
Eric Bembry
Founder and Chief Financial Officer
For more than two decades Eric has worked as a wealth management executive for the finest and most well respected investment firms in the nation. He helps clients address their financial concerns and develop strategies by focusing on each individual’s specific needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Eric has dedicated his career to delivering the personalized investment planning services his clients deserve.
Eric began his career as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in Los Angeles, where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. He moved to Citi Smith Barney in 1999 where he successfully grew his practice by delivering customized financial advice to high net worth individuals and families. Prior to his departure from Citi Smith Barney, Eric attained the title of Vice President and was selected to the President’s Advisory Council. Eric was approached with an opportunity to join Wachovia Securities, in 2008. The choice to join Wachovia as a Senior Financial Advisor (Vice President) was driven by his desire to take a team approach in providing customized financial advice to his clients.
Eric developed his passion for business from his father. Over his career, Eric’s father excelled as an executive at the largest health insurance company in New Jersey (Blue Cross) where he headed divisions in Marketing, Human Resources, and Sales. Eric’s desire to follow his father into the world of business stemmed from his admiration of a full page magazine ad featuring his father that was prominently hung on a wall in his family home as a child.

In recent years, he’s found great satisfaction in providing advice and guidance on business development for healthcare based companies. Falisha Garcia, LVN
Director of Case Management Services
Falisha Garcia is the Director of Case Management Services for Kinkaid Private Nursing Care. Her leadership and direction guides her team to provide quality case management and unique care coordination services.
Falisha is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who graduated Summa Cum Laude and was honored as the appointed Valedictorian from Stanbridge University in 2013. Her diverse professional contributions to healthcare include working as a customer service supervisor for a medical device company, serving as a post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) nurse at a surgical center, in a skilled nursing facility, and working as a floor nurse within an urgent care clinic.
Falisha’s dedication to providing competent healthcare services, a focus in improving safety protocols, and an overall commitment to enhancing consumer satisfaction led her to pursue a career in management. To illustrate, she successfully managed four independent urgent care centers throughout the greater Orange County area and was acknowledged for managing California’s first center into Carespot’s Summit Club/Center of excellence program in 2019.
At Kinkaid, Falisha’s philosophy is grounded in promoting wellness amongst clients and their families by ensuring their healthcare needs are met with the utmost satisfaction. In like manner, she values providing ongoing support to her team members to facilitate their personal and professional growth.
Ultimately, Falisha’s mission is to collaboratively present a personalized all-inclusive healthcare package to each client and their families that far exceeds their expectations.
Min Kim, RN, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP, PHN
Clinical Case Manager
Min is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care. As a family nurse practitioner, she focused on a holistic approach that consists of empowerment, autonomy, patient education, and care. She collaborated closely with other providers on treatment plans for her patients. She is effective in implementing high-quality and evidence-based practice. Her clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare treatment allow her to provide each patient with a unique individualized plan of care.
Min earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Post-Graduate Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from West Coast University in 2020, where she graduated with honors. She has over 23 years of diverse clinical nursing experience, including working as a critical care nurse in various different hospitals including Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, Olympia, and UCLA.
Her passion and focus for nursing have always been about working with her patients and their care team to promote health and to help them obtain an overall better quality of life.
Min is a strong patient advocate evidenced by the level of nursing practice and interdisciplinary collaboration to produce optimal patient outcomes.
Morgan Vandewater
Administrative Assistant and Human Resources
Morgan Vandewater is the Administrative assistant and Human Resources Coordinator here at Kinkaid Private Care. Her sharp organizational skills and calm demeanor help provide our team with the leadership and support needed to keep operations running smoothly each day.
Morgan obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2015 and she is currently completing an online program to obtain her certificate in Medical Coding. With her unique experience in psychology and overall passion for helping others, she fosters an empathetic and compassionate attitude with all Kinkaid clients, employees and coworkers alike. She is an invaluable resource for recruiting the best nurses in Southern California!
She has a diverse background with experience in fields such as operations and account management which has helped develop her into the professional and well ordered individual she is today. Morgan’s philosophy here at Kinkaid is to provide the best support possible to her team and employees to ensure the highest quality experience for all clients and patients.
Brendan McKendry
Business Development Manager
Brendan joins the Kinkaid team as the Marketing and Business Development Manager. His extensive marketing knowledge, people skills and creative perspectives make him a priceless addition to the team. Brendan is responsible for the development and implementation of growth strategies and networking within the healthcare environment.
His philosophy here at Kinkaid is to help establish and maintain key partnerships with physicians, medical groups, hospitals and treatment centers so that we may continue to provide the highest quality of care to our clients.
Brendan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Flagler College in 2015 and since then he has gathered invaluable experience through his work over the past decade.
Brendan’s background in marketing analytics, customer experience and project management makes him a well-rounded field expert in both business and personal relations. Whether it be in the medical or addiction and recovery sector, he is adept at making sincere connections with people first.
